"At School" Spencer and Hadden

Hadden and Spencer both started new schools a few week ago:

Spencer has told us:

"There was nothing and God created everything - hey mommy do you know that trees make oxygen"

"Thou shall not covet", Thou shall not steal, Thou shall not kill- you should obey your parents.

Hadden started Kindergarden this year and we are 3 weeks into school or so. He is riding the bus with his buddy John and so far seem to like kindergarden. He has been bringing home books every couple days to read and has met some new friend. Spencer and I had lunch with him in the cafateria last friday and carrie helped the teacher today and also ate in the Cafe and read to the students.

Hadden has turned 6 September 3 -- hard believe --- time flies.

Spencer told Carrie and Flo (Carrie's Mom) that they had broken veins....He also told her she is cracking and or she has craking legs.........on the same theme coming out the gym Hadden said in front of a room full of people.. hey mommy ... you have something on your face.....of course it was not something flattering......

Hadden and the Lizard

So on our way back to Nashville we stopped in Montgomery to visit our friends Charles and Monica - Carrie met them in pharmacy school - Monica was in our Wedding - They have 2 kids - Alex (6) and Helen (2). Hadden, Alex and Spencer were busy trying to catch and chasing around little lizards which they proceed to catch and now Hadden has his first pet that he wants to bring home. So we pack up "Flash" in a water bottle for the drive to Nashville. We then go to Pet co to search for what a lizard needs to survive, eat, house etc. - which take around 30 min or so.... we get home, hadden takes the top of the water bottle and ----BANG... the lizard is free in the garage... he escapes and we do not see him again....... guess we will be returning the Lizard gear we bought earlier in the day.....His first Pet lasted about 20 hours........

Some things that happened while at the beach.

Spencer overheard on Tuesday a guy talking about going to "Hooters"---- he started saying that he wanted to go to "Hooters" I want to go to Hooters..... as some point later this turned into him saying he wanted to go to "Pooters.

John Sloan telling Spencer he would take him to Hooters for his first cold drink and Spencer asking ---"Do they have chocolate milk"

Hadden and his buddies catching 50 plus jelly fish and then dumping them in Holes in deep holes on the beach.

Hadden learned how to Dive and had a good crash into some go carts when driving one.

Go Carts, Lulus, the hangout, LiveBait, playing all day on the beach and in the pool --- taking some great pictures while the sun was going down of the kids. and of course Flora Bama.

Stopping in B'ham on the way down to see my parents, Paul, Jena, and cousins

Stopping in Montgomery to visit Charles and Monica on the way back from the beach - Carries friends from her Memphis Pharmacy days.

Well.. this is the first posting to the new blog. spencer recently told hadden that he was having a meltdown as we were driving home from church on Sunday. I guess Carrie and I have told him that a time or too.
